Nakayama Masatoshi "Best Karate" book series: full list of kata performers names

I have been asked by my students about the names of the masters who are shown performing the kata in Nakayama Masatoshi "Best Karate" book series. Thus, here is the full list of these names. In case of possible errors, I would very much appreciate a feedback.

Some notes on Bassai Dai (抜塞大)

I provide the names of techniques as well as their numbers according to the book of Nakayama Masatoshi "Best Karate. Vol. 6. Bassai, Kankû". Kodansha International, 1979. If some other names are used, then the source is provided.

Some notes on Ten no kata (天の形)

As Ten no kata can be found in few books only, I provide the list of techniques according to Gichin Funakoshi "Karate-Dô Nyûmon. The Master Introductory Text". As I have already mentioned in Ten no kata (天の形), the photos of the original Japanese edition (1943) were replaced by the other ones in the English edition (1988). The photos in the English edition show Shôtôkai way of performing techniques, not Shôtôkan of Funakoshi Gichin!!!
